The aim of this study is to explore the possibilities of modern ultrasound technology for dynamic monitoring of the effectiveness of drug therapy. The analysis of the complex survey of 86 patients, 58 women with cervical cancer (IIb-IIIb stages) and 28 patients with cancer of the ovaries (IIa-IVstages), was performed. All patients in the study groups were at the first stage of complex treatment of chemotherapy. Morphological verification of the diagnosis was made in 100% of cases. Surgical treatment was performed: 52 (90%) patients with cervical cancer and 25 (89%) - ovarian cancer. There was a direct correlation between the degree of drug pathomorphism and the volume of the tumor focus, as well as a reduction of vascularization.
