In the review of literature historical aspects and the current state of the problem of an assessment of water sectors of a human body are considered. The water and sectoral imbalance plays one of the main roles in emergence of critical conditions in patients with diabetes. Bioimpedansometry is a method of an effective assessment of dishydria and rehydration therapy at diabetic comas.
