The article by the scientific interpretation and social assessments analyze current challenges and trends of professionalization of workers in the personnel management system of large industrial enterprises. Special attention is paid to issues of estimating the various socio-professional and status groups of workers state of production and economic activities of enterprises, confidence in the system of personnel and related management of administrative decisions, the involvement of staff in the substantive innovation, as well as the formation of socio-professional construct identity workers.
