Modern problems of formation of communicative competence of school children: cultural approach

The article considers the problems of modern education, related to the problems of forming communicative competence of students. Identifies opportunities for secondary school in the strengthening and development of the communicative culture of students identified pedagogical conditions of this process. The formation of communicative competence of the younger generations is a vital task of ensuring the progressive development of the culture of our society. Communicative competence of a person should be formed starting from an early age, and special attention to its creation should be given in the school, and the formation of communicative competence of students and teachers working with them, it is particularly important to improve their General culture, erudition, moral education. Cultural and educational environment of educational institutions is the mechanism that can also be effectively used for the development of communicative competence of students. The author proves that the effective formation of the communicative competence of pupils requires integration of all levels of education and orientation on moral values and norms of culture.
