Цель - проанализировать зарубежный опыт паллиативной помощи больным с хроническими заболеваниями в терминальной ситуации болезни. Обзор литературы проводился по материалам зарубежных наукометрических, реферативных и полнотекстовых баз данных: SCOPUS, Web of Science, Medline, PubMed, ProQuest Dissertations & Theses, Cambridge University Press, Oxford University Press, журналам издательств Sage, TaylorFrancis, Wiley, Springer Nature и других, период публикаций: 1996-2022 гг., формулировка запросов: «интегрированная медико-социальная помощь», «паллиативная помощь при хронических заболеваниях», «паллиативная помощь в терминальной стадии болезни», поисковые запросы по фамилии авторов. Проанализированы 47 публикаций. Приведенные в обзоре публикации определяют необходимость пролонгированного междисциплинарного медико-социального подхода к паллиативной помощи в терминальной ситуации болезни, включающего объединение медицинской помощи с другими сервисами для расширения возможностей и оптимизации качества жизни пациента.
