Modern educational process from the position of Hegel's philosophical anthropology

The article presents a brief critical analysis of the competence-based approach to existing vocational education through the prism of considering the essence of a person by G. Hegel. It is concluded that it is necessary to revise the philosophical foundations of didactics in the direction of dialectics as the highest method of cognition, which meets the goal of forming an integral personality.
