Введение. Одной из причин развития стриктур уретры у мужчин является склероатрофический лихен, причем его роль в развитии пануретральных сужений мочеиспускательного канала выходит на первый план. При своевременной диагностике и адекватном лечении возможно предупредить развитие осложнений этого заболевания. В настоящий момент существует большое количество подходов к лечению склероатрофического лихена и его осложнений.
