Modern tourism market and its development trends

In the current economic situation, the tourism industry is increasing its global importance. The purpose of this scientific work is the study of the transformation of global and Russian tourism under the influence of economic restrictions, imposed by several countries against the Russian Federation, as well as changed conditions regarding the possibility of leaving the territory of the state for some categories of Russian citizens. The research is based on the author’s research and information, provided by the Russian Statistical Service.
