Современный статус проблемы нейропротекции в хирургии дуги аорты

В настоящее время отсутствует единый взгляд относительно оптимального метода защиты головного мозга и целесообразности поддержания кровообращения в супрааортальных сосудах во время циркуляторного ареста при операциях на дуге аорты. Достижение такого экспертного консенсуса представляется весьма важным условием для дальнейшего развития хирургии дуги аорты без риска для пациента. Представлен обзор доступных стратегий органопротекции и сравнение результатов одно- и многоцентровых исследований.
