The modern teacher: prospects of development

Some aspects on modern teacher’s self- realization are considered. Direction to systematic research of pedagogical theory and practice problems by using different pedagogical methods is marked.Key skills of pedagogical reection are shown, importance of continuous professional development is emphasized and concrete forms of work on realization of teachers’ professional development are revealed. Importance of professional development at e-learning advanced training courses and through on-line training is also marked. E-learning training can not be failed because of students’ absence and this fact is emphasized. Relevance of early called activities forms for small and far placed schools is marked out. Essential shortcomings are concretized. Quoting words of the great Soviet writer about continuous pedagogical education, importance of communications and priorities of strategic development plan of the Republic of Kazakhstan till 2020 is emphasized: today education has a goal for training new teachers with critical and creative thinking and acting who are able to solve basic educational problems
