Creating of accessible environment for people with limited mobility in vocational education: legal framework

Publication is based on the analysis of international and Russian legal documents, as well as statistical data revealed the need for the creation of an accessible educational environment in the field of vocational education for people with limited mobility. It also provides measures for the accessibility of facilities and services. The necessity of training (instructing) of employees of educational institutions on the establishment of a barrier-free environment.
