Creation of a system of exercises aimed at teaching speaking Russian in Chinese universities

The difficulties faced by Chinese university students in developing speaking skills in Russian are considered. The features of teaching speaking to this category of students and the use of general Russian language textbooks in China are described. Suggestions are given for selecting and designing exercises for the development of speaking skills, and the great importance of creating a system of exercises is emphasized. A conclusion is drawn about the effectiveness of the proposed exercise system.
