Special emphasis on the development of cognitive and creative abilities of students in modern education

The modern education currently puts a special emphasis on the development of the personality of students, their cognitive and creative abilities, adaptation to modern requirements, which are dictated by the labor market.

Economic, political, international processes in our society are going very quickly. As a result, confusion arises in front of the variety of choice of professions necessary at this stage of the formation of our society.

The educational program in our country includes both compulsory subjects and specialized courses for those students who show a great interest in the study of certain subjects.

As a result, each school graduate receives a general education and has the opportunity to gain deep knowledge in the area of interest to him.

For example, if a student has a particular interest in chemistry, biology, or mathematics, they may have additional lessons in their chosen subject. If a student is interested in learning a foreign language and wants to have good knowledge, then additional courses will help him achieve this goal.

It is necessary to highlight several conditions that affect the choice of students.

Firstly, some have a fairly developed professional orientation, good knowledge, that is, they firmly know and are confident what they want to do in the future and what profession they will choose, since a passion for the subject develops into their hobby.

Secondly, others are not yet completely sure of their choice, they have doubts, their interests are diverse, and there is no clear expression of them.

Thirdly, students do not know where to choose, do not have sufficient information or are subject to someone else's opinion, for example, under the influence of their parents, they decide to choose one or another profession.

The fact that the curriculum includes specialized courses is of great importance. On the one hand, profession-oriented teaching helps teachers see the interests and abilities of students, on the other hand, it ensures the best achievements of students for the transition to a new level of education.

In order to avoid overloading students in connection with profiling and indepth study, one-sided development of their abilities, a decrease in cognitive interest in non-core subjects, it is necessary to organize the process of specialized education on the basis of theoretical and methodological justification.

Specialized training offers many specialties in the following areas: science, technology, business, economics, social sciences, art, etc. The foundations for the development of an innovative economy are laid at the educational level. For example, today most young people go into business very timidly. First of all, this is due to fear of risk, competition, lack of economic foundations.

The importance and significance of educational changes are already understood by students, since their further professional life depends on the correct decision-making in choosing a professional education.

It should be noted that already at the end of the ninth grade, the student must acquire sufficient information about the further continuation of his education, taking seriously the assessment of his strength, accumulated knowledge, opportunities in order to make an important and correct decision in the future. Gaining the initial experience for making a responsible decision about choosing your training route plays a significant role in resolving this issue.

In order for the modernization of education in Uzbekistan to be successful, it is necessary to develop new methods and forms of management of educational systems.

In the modern world, a foreign language helps not only the development of students, but also their vocational guidance, since it contains great educational and educational opportunities that contribute to the formation of the personality and vocational guidance of students.

The organization of profile training in a foreign language differs from other subjects, since it goes along with general training, which includes an additional professional direction. Profession-oriented teaching in a foreign language is possible provided that there is a highly qualified teacher who can arouse interest in his students, promote the desire to learn and stimulate students to work independently in a foreign language.

Knowledge of foreign languages and their practical application are essential in a person's professional activity, as they allow choosing a prestigious job, establishing contacts with foreign countries, making them competitive in the labor market. Profile education using a foreign language is an integral part of educational work. Profile education should cover as many students as possible. The pursuit of progressive experience both in our schools and abroad is one of the main tasks for further research concerning the content of specialized education.

We can say that the introduction of specialized education at the senior level of general education is dictated by the development of modern society. Profile education contributes to self-determination, self-development, choice of a profession by schoolchildren on the basis of their life positions and abilities, creating a painless transition from one level of development to another.
