Special training for cross-country skiers in the snowless period

The article reveals the problems of improving the efficiency of the technique of movement of ski racers in the snowless period at the training stage. It is shown that the ratio of types of special training and alternating load on microcycles in the experimental group provides an increase in special performance and technical skill of ski racers and makes it possible to transfer technical skills from roller skiers to skis.
