Special tactics as a basis tactical and special training of police personnel

The article deals with the peculiarities of the organization of tactical and special training and its basis, special tactics, in the system of continuing professional education of police officers of the Russian Federation. Ideally, according to the author, the process of training in special tactics should resemble a set of mutually complementary theoretical and, to a greater extent, practical exercises, which are based on group exercises, role-playing games, command-staff and tactical-special exercises. The author believes that the proposed organizational and pedagogical features in the organization of tactical and special training should be applied not only in improving the professional training of current police officers of the Russian Federation, but also in training cadets of departmental educational organizations.
