The objective character and the content of sociocultural call at the modern stage of historical progress are shown. The answer to that is the decision to implement the chief subject "Youth employment organization". Its establishing and perspective in the sphere of new and long-term methodology of dealing with the youth are analyzed. Also it was stated by the Youth Politics Strategy enacted in 2006.
