Special subject of illegal artificial termination of pregnancy

The article is devoted to the study of a special subject of illegal artificial termination of pregnancy. The authors conducted a historical and legal study of the development of the act in question at various stages of the development of our state, revealed different approaches to both the definition of a crime and its subject. Special attention is paid to the definition of persons who fall under the signs of a special subject of the crime in question in accordance with the current criminal law. On this basis, persons who fall out of the circle of subjects of the crime, whose actions pose a public danger, and therefore should be subject to a criminal law ban, have been identified. The authors propose the introduction of appropriate amendments to the criminal legislation for effective legal regulation, as well as the prevention of crimes in this socially significant area.
