The substantiation of specific principles of the formation of the state level positive professional responsibility of future lawyers, who will work in the public service, is discussed. The author emphasizes the principle of priority of forming the orientation of the future lawyer to serve for the good of the state and society and the readiness to make responsible decisions regularly, as well as the principle of the advanced level of positive professional responsibility of scientific and pedagogical workers who prepare future lawyers for public service.
