Specifics of HR-specialists professional language formation

The article examines the specifics of the HR-specialists' professional language formation as an important factor of career success and a significant characteristic of the professionalization degree, since the intensive development of such a language on the basis of anglicisms and other constructs causes a significant gap at different professionalization stages. The study defines the role of vocational training in its mastery. Some specific features of HR-specialists' professional language formation are presented, as well as the results of a sociological study conducted among students and teachers of the university in 2022. The actualized need of students to learn a professional language is revealed. Students' high expectations for learning a professional language in the classroom and lower faculty preparedness for this process are shown. The results of the survey are correlated with an independent study and conclusions are drawn regarding changes in the specifics of the educational process in the training of HR managers.
