Peculiarities of developing second foreign language speaking skills in college students

The publication specifies some major problems: peculiar features of the process of the speech activity of a bilingual; interaction of language systems hindering the process of language acquisition; motivation of language learning. The article analyses some speech classroom activities aimed at mastering the language at college level.
