The article deals with the problem of using form of distance learning in choreographic education. The author explores the specifics of the application of this form of learning for professional artists, who are trained as a teacher or choreographer. The article analyzes the main forms of organization of the educational process, and offers innovative methods of contact work of the teacher with students. The author considers the ways of using modern means of communication for remote work of the teacher with students. The article analyzes the content of the educational program and teaching disciplines of the professional unit.
