Specificities of sources for foreign contractors check as an element of corporate economic

The paper covers issues of checking foreign counterparties, which may be explained by the rise of foreign economic activity of Russian business entities, despite the persistence of sanctions pressure. If in the case of verification of the Russian counterparty, the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE) is to be the initial source of information, then in relation to foreign counterparties, identifying the only initial source from which the search for the necessary information begins, requires efforts because of the need to analyze the foreign registry system for companies, establishing a priority registry, and also because of the possibility of discrepancies in the data in different registries of the system. One of the reasons for this is the country specificity, and, thus, the country criterion is the first to determine the direction of further work.
