Specific features of the lexical transformations in the translation of the technical documents from German into Russian

The article deals with the peculiarities of the use of the transformation in the technical text at the example of the documents of RMA Pipeline Equipment. There is suggested the detailed classification of the lexical transformations used in the translation of the technical texts at the account of the specialization, terminologization and the lexical and syntactical variety of the terminology. There is revealed the preferential use of calquing and terminologization in translation.
