The modern world is characterized by the intensification of the educational migration. All countries of the world define the rise of the level of education of their citizens as a priority in socioeconomic development, as one of the main means of maintaining the competitiveness of the state and the individual, and the ensuring of national security. Thus, students from other countries become an important component of national educational systems. Problems related to educational migration require the activation of scientific research on the formation of a cultural and linguistic personality. In the context of growing of educational mobility of young people, knowledge of several languages and their use is becoming increasingly important. Concerning the format of educational migration, issues related to intercultural communication in the educational environment, socio-cultural adaptation and language integration of students into the University environment are ofparticular interest.
