Specifics of the borrowing process of internet and business vocabulary (using the example of Russian and Uzbek languages)

This article examines the conditions of the emergence and functioning of borrowed Internet and business vocabulary in Uzbek and Russian in the recent period. Despite the huge linguistic literature on borrowings, there is a need to re-examine the essence, causes and consequences of such an essential channel of vocabulary replenishment as borrowing. The article examines the main trends of semantic-word-formation and syntactic derivation in the assimilation of English-language borrowings. The sources of the research were periodicals, electronic mass media, explanatory and bilingual dictionaries of Uzbek, Russian and English languages, new industry dictionaries, colloquial speech.
