Today, interethnic harmony is one of the most important factors of sociopolitical stability of any state. It is well known from the history that representatives of different cultures and civilizations in our country - interethnic peoples, ethnic groups, have lived in friendship and solidarity and have taken the Homeland of Uzbekistan. For their present-day generations, Uzbekistan has become a Motherland. From the very first years of independence, the development of tolerance and humanism, inter-ethnic and inter-confessional cohesion, the strengthening of civic consciousness in the society, equal rights and opportunities for all citizens regardless of nationality and religion, respect for the younger generation patriotism, respect for national and universal values. Education in the spirit of love and devotion to the Motherland is one of the most important priorities of the state policy in Uzbekistan.
Today, based on the active "public diplomacy" in our republic, we have established regular and mutually beneficial relationships with fellow countrymen abroad, strengthening friendly relations and cultural-enlightening relations with foreign countries. the International Republican Cultural Center, which is based on the principles of conservation and comprehensive development of the history, culture, spiritual values, national traditions and customs of all ethnic and ethnic diasporas living in the country, more than 130 national cultural centers, friendship and cultural-enlightenment societies, as well as representatives of 34 friendship societies, live and work as single family members. Their rights, freedoms and interests are fully respected in Uzbek legislation. It should be noted that Uzbekistan is a generous country where people of different nationalities live for centuries as a family and are honored, regardless of their religion, race or nationality. The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan provides for the respect for the languages, traditions and customs of all nations and ethnicities, and creates conditions for their development. In particular, Article 8 of the Constitution states that "the people of Uzbekistan, regardless of their nationality, constitute citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan" is the rule.
In addition, Article 18 of the Constitution guarantees the enjoyment of the constitutional right of all peoples in the country: "All citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan enjoy the same rights and freedoms, irrespective of their race, nationality, language, religion, social origin, convictions, personal or social status. "
In the same place, the process of enrichment of the world's culture has been taking place over the centuries. For example, artists such as I. Kalantarov, Yu.Ishakov, L.Aronova, M.Koziev, B.Pinhasov, N.Mallayev, Manas Leviyev, Solomon Yudakov, and artists like Yusuf Yelizarov, folk artists Billur Davidova, Isaor Akilov, Maryam Yakubova and others are different ethnic groups, and they have contributed to the development of our culture. Today, representatives of all nations and nationalities live in peace, prosperity, and contribute to the future of the great future of the great future of Uzbekistan. They have all the opportunities to preserve and develop their rights, freedoms, legitimate interests, education, professional occupation, culture, traditions and traditions by their interests and abilities. "Uzbekistan provides respect for the languages, customs and traditions of all nations and ethnicities living on its territory and creates conditions for their development," says Article 4 of the Constitution.
The basis of the interethnic tolerance prevailing in Uzbekistan is defined by the UNESCO Declaration of 16 November - International Day of Tolerance, the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan and related laws, "Strategy of Action" and Sh.Mirziyoev's report to the UN 72nd Assembly, especially in the field of interethnic relations. In particular, our President appealed to the United Nations to adopt a special resolution called "Education and Religious Tolerance" at the UN headquarters in a truly global sense of the interethnic harmony and religious tolerance in the country. . The main purpose of this document is to provide the right of everyone to education, to help eliminate illiteracy and ignorance. This resolution is aimed at establishing tolerance and mutual respect, promoting religious freedom, protecting the rights of believers, and helping to prevent discrimination. Undoubtedly, the priority task in this direction is that on January 24, 2017 President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev intensified interethnic friendship and accord in the country, preserving the atmosphere of mutual understanding and love between representatives of different nationalities in our society, in order to educate the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism, respect for national and universal values, and the development of national cultural centers in the Decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On awarding a group of activists of national cultural centers in connection with the 25th anniversary of the National Center for Human Development".Also, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Strategy for Further
Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan", dated February 7, 2017, is a completely new analysis of the country's evolutionary path and rapid development. as well as a historical document that outlined the principles and approaches.
The Strategic Action Plan for five main priorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2017-2021, approved by the Decree, is to further improve the effectiveness of reforms in the country, create conditions for comprehensive and dynamic development of the state and society, modernize the country, with a focus on the implementation of concrete priorities for liberalization of all spheres. The adoption and implementation of the strategy of action, the current period of our existence, is to pursue a well-thought-out, mutually advantageous and practical policy aimed at strengthening the independence and sovereignty of the state, creating a climate of security, stability and neighborhood around the country, peace, harmony and solidarity are gaining momentum in our country thanks to our consistent policy of strengthening the cooperation between the people, especially young people in the minds of human beings, and the promotion of the work carried out in this field to a qualitatively new level. .State Program on Implementation of the Strategy of Action on the Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Five Priority Areas of Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2017-2021 in the Year of Support of Effective Business, Innovation Ideas and Technologies, "Security, Interethnic Commitment and Religious Bag the following priority areas have been identified in the field of "tolerance and deeply thought-out, mutually beneficial and effective foreign policy":
-
• Priority directions of the policy in the field of interethnic relations
-
• Approval of the Concept;
-
• To critically analyze the activity of the chairmen of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, governors of regions and the city of Tashkent on relations with public and religious organizations and to increase the effectiveness of their work;

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on May 19, 2017 "On Measures for Further Improvement of Friendship Relations with International Relations and Relations with Foreign Countries", the Republican International Cultural Center and the Center for Friendship and Cooperation with foreign countries in Uzbekistan the Committee on Interethnic Relations and Foreign Relations with the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan was established on the basis of the Council of Societies of Cultural and Cultural Affairs. Effective functioning of the Committee on Interethnic Relations and Relations with Foreign Affairs under the Cabinet of Ministers, training in educational institutions of the country in 7 languages, broadcasting in TV and radio broadcasting in 12 languages, newspapers and magazines 10 in more than one language, is another vivid example of our wise policy of promoting interethnic and interfaith harmony in our country.
Respect for languages, traditions and traditions of other nationalities and ethnicities living in our country has no restrictions on them, and they are shaped by different processes and measures that lead to their protection and development. For example, if you travel around the capital, you will see the statues of Aman Temur, Mirzo Ulugbek, Alisher Navoi, as well as statues of Ganjavi, Rustaveli, Pushkin and Shevchenko, as well as fountains in our streets and squares. All this is a demonstration of inter-religious tolerance and interethnic harmony.
The experience of our republic in strengthening interethnic accord is being studied with interest in many countries of the world. The foreign press, prominent politicians and leaders are highly appreciative of Uzbekistan's national policies. In some parts of the world, where ethnic and ethnic relations are complicated, ethnicethnic relations in some countries are complicated, and in some countries discrimination against minorities, living together as single-parent families is truly a model for others no doubt. In short, the fact that national cultural diversity has become an integral part of our country is crucial in securing stability and deepening democratic reforms in our society. Uzbekistan's extensive experience in strengthening inter-ethnic relations is widely recognized around the world and serves as an example for many countries.
