Sports nutrition plays a key role in achieving high performance in sports, providing the body with the necessary substances to increase endurance accelerate recovery processes and protect against the negative effects of intense physical exertion. The article considers the influence of sports nutrition on the physical condition and sports achievements of a person. The main components of sports nutrition are discussed, including proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals. In addition, the article analyzes the impact of sports nutrition on health in general, emphasizing the importance of an individual approach to the choice of sports nutrition depending on the goals, activity level and physiological characteristics of each person.
