The aim of the present research was the development of the method of maintaining ?dry? operational field with application of modified microvascular clip with termination of antegrade, reteograde and collateral blood circulation in the field of anastomosis between the coronary artery and arteriovenous graft. Modified microvascular clip was used in coronary artery bypass grafting on beating heart in 15 patients having ischemic heart disease. Application of the modified microvascular clip resulted in stopping antegrade, retrograde and collateral blood flow in the field of anastomosis which allow to achieve the ?dry? operational field during anastomosing in coronary artery bypass grafting.
