The research was carried out at the FBEI HE Kazan SAVM and farm "Mukhametshin Z.Z." of the Republic of Tatarstan on Holstein dairy cows in the period 2020-2022, served by "Astronaut A4" robotic milking. The estimated indicators in the proposed method are: average milk flow rate, kg/min (determined automatically), milk formation rate, kg/h (calculated indicator, determined by dividing a single milk yield by the milking interval). A method for assessing the stress resistance of cows includes determining milk production indicators before and after exposure to a stress factor. At the same time, the number (quantity) of milking is established, after which the average milk production rate is restored at the level of the average and above the average value to a stress factor greater than the group average by 1 sigma, the cow is classified as a high type of stress resistance, less than the group average by 1 sigma to a low type of stress resistance, with an intermediate value - to an average type of stress resistance. The proposed method for assessing stress resistance allows us to form a breeding core of animals with a high type of stress resistance and increase milk yield in the group of first-calf cows over 305 days of lactation by 6.7-10.1%, and reduce the duration of cows' stay at the milking station by 1.7-11.0 %, duration of milking - 4.7-15.8%.
