The opportunity of virus reproduction on LEK cell culture grown on 0,5%- lactalbumin hydrolysate media based on Hanks’ solution and 10%-bovine sera was determined. At acute rhinotracheitis virus cultivation the virus infectivity was determined to reduce for 1 lg TCD 50/ml comparing to controls.
