Method for commission and personality of the criminal as elements of the criminalistic characteristic of criminal bankruptcy

This article presents such criminal acts as criminal bankruptcies, reveals the essence of the crimes under consideration, describes one of the main ways of committing criminal bankruptcies on the basis of the analysis of judicial practice in Russia, and also examines such an element of the criminalistic characteristics as the personality of the criminal, analyzes the most typical features inherent criminal bankruptcy cases.
