Введение. Варикоцеле диагностируют у каждого седьмого подростка старше 15 лет, а в совокупности им страдает до 15% всех мужчин. Связь варикоцеле с мужским бесплодием мало изучена, однако нарушения показателей спермограммы у бесплодных мужчин с варикоцеле могут варьировать от нормозооспермии до полной азооспермии. Это определяет актуальность дальнейшего изучения и создания экспериментальных моделей данного заболевания на животных с целью изучения механизма его возникновения, патофизиологии ассоциированных с ним состояний, а также решения вопроса профилактики и лечения. Цель исследования: создание модели стойкого варикоцеле у лабораторного животного в хроническом эксперименте.
