The paper presents a method for controlling the hydrothermal treatment process in the production of oat flour. A result of using the method for controlling the hydrothermal treatment is improved technology, energy and environmental performance indicators. A result of application a control method increases efficient use steam and reduces energy consumption for heat treatment process.
