The article discusses various ways to achieve balance in arbitration procedures. The problem of balance is an important component of successful and fair dispute resolution, especially in the field of commercial arbitration. The article analyzes traditional methods of establishing equilibrium, such as the appointment of a neutral arbitrator, as well as modern approaches based on the use of alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation and consensus processes.
