Methods of phonetic adaptation of English loanwords in the Kyrgyz language

The article studies various types of borrowings in the language, and describes the mechanisms of phonetic adaptation of borrowed English lexical units in the Kyrgyz language. The authors analyze the factors that contribute to the borrowing process and give examples of how foreign words are phonetically adapted to the characteristics of the Kyrgyz language.
