Methods of soil tillage under soybean in regions of Russia (review)

Soybean possesses a high adaptability to soil and climatic conditions of cultivation areas and is produced in the most regions of the Russian Federation. Cultivation technologies for soybean are well worked out in the traditional producing regions, but for many agricultural enterprises and farms of some regions soybean production is a quite new activity. Soybean cultivation in new regions due to the traditional technologies for these regions not accounting the features of the crop predetermines beforehand its low productivity. To increase soybean yield it is obligatory to adapt cultivation technologies for soybean as this crop requires for special methods and quality of technological actions. Diversity of conditions for soybean production stipulates a necessity to use different techniques of soil tillage that influence a lot water supply, nutrition, phytosanitary state of crops, and after all - crop yield.
