Even though copyright law is constantly being reformed and striving to conform to the rapidly changing relationship, the list of ways to dispose of the exclusive right to a musical work, Article 1233 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation should be expanded. In the framework of this work, it is proposed to legally fix the relationship between beatmaker and purchaser of exclusive right to music, guided by article 1286.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, because, firstly, this kind of phenomenon is gaining popularity among users of the «Internet» network due to the quick and possible disposition of the exclusive right from anywhere in the world. Secondly, digitalization and informatization of society lead to other cases of disposition of the exclusive right to music, which, in turn, inevitably leads to situations of deception, both by Beatmaker and exclusive right holders. In this connection, there is a need for the legislative consolidation of the relationships to minimize violations and form steady and stable relationships in the field of copyright in music. Collective rights management organizations contribute to the implementation of the specified tasks. As a result of the work, it was concluded that the legislation in the field of copyright law needs further development, and the list of dispositions of the exclusive right to music, due to the information revolution, needs to be supplemented and clarified.
