Ways of committing fraud related to the use of mobile communications

The paper discusses common ways of committing fraud in the field of using means of communication, in particular, using cell number spoofing technologies, the statistics of their commission for 2019 and 2020, the growth trend, as well as legislative and organizational measures of the state and companies to counteract the commission of this kind of crime, the author's approach to their morphological classification is proposed, and some ways of obtaining money by malefactors are listed.
