This article justifies the necessity of using the positive individual approach of private organizations for recruitment in the activities of the State Employment Service. Various normative legal acts are analyzed both at the federal level and at the level of the subject of the Russian Federation. A recommendation has been made, which is due to the fact that when looking for a suitable vacancy for the unemployed, employment centers need to take into account the personality, needs, preferences of both the applicant and the employer. This procedure will allow the employer to find a stable employee with good labor productivity, and the employee - a suitable job according to his preferences.
