Methods of technical control of corruption in internal affairs of state road safety inspectorate of MIA of Russia

Introduction: the article examines corruption in officers of the State Inspectorate for Road Traffic Safety who carry out their service at posts in their respective functions. Viewpoints of various authors on the problem under study, as well as the features of the technical equipment of the traffic police crews and the employees themselves, have been studied. Algorithms leading to the minimization of corruption in the considered environment are proposed. The authors provide strategies to reduce the corruption. Materials and Methods: in the course of the work, the dialectical method of cognition, analysis, synthesis were used. The statistical method and the empirical method were also used. Materials of the study were decisions of the first and second instance courts of the regions of the Russian Federation on corruption towards state road safety inspectorate of MIA of Russia. Results: in the course of the study, algorithms for remote control of video recording in the work of traffic police officers were developed. Discussion and Conclusions: the result of the work was the proposal for the implementation of remote controlling portable body cameras. The authors also suggested the algorithms for remote control aimed at reduction of corruption in State Road Safety Inspectorate of MIA of Russia.
