Ways to protect citizens' land rights

In this article, the author considers ways to protect the land rights of citizens. The statistics of land offenses for 2022 are analyzed and the most detected offenses for the specified period are highlighted. The author characterizes the essence of each of the ways to protect the land rights of citizens and specifies the conditions necessary for the use of these methods. The most pressing problems in the field under consideration are also highlighted.
