Such evidences as statements and a specialist's opinion and normative regulation of their usage in procedural law substantiation are analyzed. The author considers the question of who can trigger receiving of the specialist's opinion and comes to the conclusion that at present advisory service activity of a specialist continues to remain non-procedural form of use of specific knowledge in legal regulation.
