In this study the results of the liquid chromatography/mass-spectrometric detection of cyanobacterial toxins such as anatoxine-a and microcystin-RR, obtained on the equipment with ion traps of different types are compared. The results, obtained on LCMS-IT-TOF (Shimadzu corp.) and LTQ OrbiTrap (ThermoFinnigan) are considered. The investigations were carried out using the solutions of standards and model systems.
