Comparison of the state purchasing system in the Russian Federation and the USA

This article describes how one of the main objectives of public procurement is being implemented - stimulating the state's economy. The development of public procurement systems in the Russian Federation and the experience of the United States of America are considered. The mechanisms of government procurement in the Russian Federation and the United States of America are compared. It is shown, due to which state and municipal procurement is secured in the Russian Federation. It also says about what regulatory acts regulate the scope of procurement in these countries. It also describes the elements of the US contractual system, which should be borrowed by the Russian Federation to improve the efficiency of the public procurement system.
