Comparative characteristics of the MFC of the Republic of Adygea and the Volgograd region

This research article provides a comparative analysis of the work of the MFC in the Republic of Adygea and the Volgograd region. The study is characterized by a comprehensive coverage of the performance parameters of the MFC by taking into account objective and subjective indicators. The results allow us to identify comparative patterns and general directions of development of multifunctional centers for the provision of services. In the process of conducting a comparative assessment, data on monitoring the quality of services and other statistical data are provided.
