Long-term results (from 2 to 5 years) of acute ileus surgeries were studied in 91 patients including 38 patients as controls. Total number of postoperative complications in controls was by 4.5 times more than in main group of patients. Laparoscopic adheolysis which was performed merely based upon indications allowed to decrease traumas and duration of surgeries. None of patients died in main group compared to controls (10.5%).
