Comparative characteristics of heat engineering requirements for Western European countries (Finland, Sweden, Germany)

The article describes the comparative characteristics of the normative values for the heating technology of the Vologda oblast and the countries of Western Europe close to it in terms of climatic characteristics. Based on the analysis, the cause affecting the heat loss of residential buildings was determined. To achieve the result of the analysis, the relevant regulatory documents were used. A comparison of the set of rules for the construction of buildings in Western countries and Russia is carried out.
