Comparative efficiency of treatments by biopreparates and electromagnetic fields at the extreme of low frequencies in storage of carrot roots

The article contains data on the effectiveness of the application of treatments with biological preparations Vitaplan, Gamair, Alirin and electromagnetic fields of extremely low frequencies (EMF ELF) during the storage of beet table under different conditions. It has been established that when storing root beet crops for 42 days at a temperature of 2 ± 2 ° C, the minimum loss of the weight of table beet root crops is observed when the Vitaplanbiopreparation is processed and the EMF ELF is treated. The greatest loss of mass was observed during treatment with biological preparation "Gamair". At a temperature of 2 ± 2 ° С, the biological preparation "Vitaplan" most effectively inhibits the development of pathogenic microflora, EMF EMF treatment for specified parameters was slightly less effective. When storing root beet roots at a temperature of 2 ± 2 ° C, treatment with the Vitaplanbiopreparation allows achieving greater stability of the chemical composition - the consumption of sugars, polyphenolic substances, vitamin C, organic acids and pectic substances is reduced. Processing of EMF ELF, as well as biological products "Alirin" and "Gamair" did not contribute to such safety of chemicals.
