Comparative efficiency of treatments by biopreparates and electromagnetic fields at the extreme of low frequencies in storage of carrot roots

The article presents data on the effectiveness of the application of treatments with biological preparations Vitaplan, Bactofit, Gamair, Alirin and electromagnetic fields of extremely low frequencies during storage of carrots. It has been established that during storage of root carrots for 56 days at a temperature of 2 ± 2 ° C, the lowest mass loss is observed with preliminary treatment with biological preparations "Vitaplan" and "Alirin. Biopreparations Vitaplan and Alirin showed the best ability to inhibit phytopathogens when storing carrots at a temperature of 2 ± 2 ° C, while at the same time, when the roots were stored at a temperature of 20 ± 2 ° C, the effectiveness of the Alirin biopreparation was slightly lower. EMF ELF treatment showed the least effectiveness in reducing microbiological spoilage at storage at a temperature of 2 ± 2 ° C and 20 ± 2 ° C.
