Comparative evaluation of the effect of EMF ELF on the change of microbial contamination of root crops of carrots during storage depending on temperature modes of storage

The article presents the results of studying the effect of pretreatment of carrot root crops by electromagnetic fields of extremely low frequencies (EMF) on microbial contamination of their surface during storage at different temperatures. The number of microorganisms on the surface of carrot root crops before and after storage at different temperatures was determined.
